With my colleague Michael Wetmore, we won first prize in the inaugural AJ (Architects’ Journal) /Philips “Light Shots” short film competition for the film Night Light.

The jury praised the work for “finding beauty in the gritty everyday,” noting its exploration of textures of light within the built environment. They described the film as “a piece of cinéma vérité which uses simplicity, live sound and strong narrative.”
